Are stress and anxiety keeping you from feeling calm and capable? Is a need to be “perfect” leading to unhealthy self-perception and behaviours? Or has your job exposed you to emotionally difficult situations?
I’m Julie Lewis, the founder and clinical director at Healing Voices Psychotherapy in Ontario, and I am here to support you on your counselling journey. I understand that, despite trying your best to find ways out of anxious, unhealthy patterns, you still feel unsure about how to achieve stability. But a new and improved mental health toolkit is possible with therapy.
Lasting change can happen. Through therapy, you can gain coping skills, empower strengths, and escape the painful cycle of depression, anxiety, trauma, and/or an eating disorder. Using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and other approaches, I’ll guide you in developing a calmer, more balanced mindset.
I know you’re in pain and struggling to solve problems on your own, but you are not alone! I will collaborate with you to enhance your mood, behaviours, problem-solving strategies, and relationships. Working together in online treatment through Healing Voices Psychotherapy, you can receive effective, empathetic, and tailored mental health support.

Are you a parent of a child, teen, or young adult showing signs of anxiety, depression, OCD, or other mental health challenges? Or is your child struggling with learning disabilities, including ADHD?
I’m Dana D’Arville, and as a clinician with over a decade of experience supporting children, teens, and launching adults throughout Ontario, I know that therapy can offer your child effective coping strategies and behavioural tools that they will use for life. I’m also available to support you, the parent, in reinforcing the progress your child is likely to make through counselling.
I am qualified to work with neurodiverse clients—including those with Asperger’s and learning disabilities—but I do not provide ABA or IBI interventions. Rather, I draw from mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), among others, taking a collaborative, person-centered approach to individualize treatment.
Working with children and teens, I know it can be difficult to begin therapy. However, I am well-versed in creating a safe, comfortable counselling space where clients learn to trust, build skills, and thrive. Whatever your child’s struggles are, I want to help them establish a sense of independence and control over their mental and emotional health.

Are you struggling to connect with others, feeling isolated, unsafe, or disconnected in your relationships? Asking for help may be one of the bravest things we can do, but it can also be one of the scariest, especially when it comes to issues within our relationships.
I'm Alysha Plaggemeier, a Registered Psychotherapist with a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. I have been practicing as a psychotherapist since 2021, and my journey has taken me through a range of diverse experiences. I have worked with individuals from various backgrounds, including homeless populations, victims of domestic violence, and a wide array of clients. My mission is to provide a holistic, science-informed approach, meeting you where you are, and guiding you to find what healing can look like for you. Through therapy we can go through the healing process together.
I strive to create a safe and supportive environment that allows you the space to be honest, seek support, and explore yourself. My goal is to guide you to learn to build stronger connections with yourself, your loved ones, and your life.
I primarily work with couples, families, and individuals aged 18 and above.
In our sessions, I draw from a variety of therapeutic methods, such as Attachment therapy, Emotion Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic therapy, and the Gottman Method.
I address a wide range of concerns, including common issues like anxiety, depression, and trauma. In addition, I have specialized expertise in helping clients navigate more complex challenges, such as couples and family issues, relationship dynamics, Borderline Personality Disorder, Perinatal Mental health, and Grief.
I understand that you may be facing a considerable amount of emotional distress and are grappling with complex challenges. However, I want to assure you that you are not alone in this journey. Together, we will work collaboratively to uplift your mood, improve your behaviors, develop effective problem-solving strategies, and strengthen your relationships.
With the convenience of online treatment, my work at Healing Voices Psychotherapy can help you access personalized and empathetic mental health support. It's my commitment to guide you towards a more positive and fulfilling path. Let's take the first step together towards a brighter and healthier future.
At Healing Voices Psychotherapy we are able to cater to the needs of the entire family.
