Anxiety

Our anxiety counselling sessions provide an understanding of the nature of anxiety and strategies to cope.

Depression Therapy

While all of us can have brief episodes of high and low mood, we generally do not experience extreme, extended swings in our emotions.

When we do start to experience these mood swings depression counselling can help. Having an internal sense of control helps to regulate big mood swings and stabilize our ups and downs.

Eating Disorder Treatment

Eating disorders treatment is critical for those who struggle with issues related to food. 

Some individuals are surprised to learn that eating disorders are about feelings, not food.  For this reason, eating disorder counselling can be a daunting process for some clients.
